The Pinot Noir comes from 2017, from Russian River Valley. Dark, ripe fruit immediately jump from the glass. Blueberry, cherry-cola, and some vanilla spice, with hints of licorice. The wine is round on the palate, with notes of plum, chocolate, and plenty of spice. The aromas of the wine would lead you to believe the wine would be much more fruit forward. The oak on the wine is very present, and the wine is very giving.
